Workout mishap
Monday morning I went to zumba at LA Fitness and about 5min into the class I rolled my ankle tried to recover like nothing happened and kept going for almost the whole hour class. My ankle was hurting but I figured I could walk home (2.64miles) and I did but when I got home my ankle was kinda swollen and hurting :( Today it is still fat and not happy... I can totally walk on it but I know I can't workout with this. I was planning on doing a TRX workout tonight and I have been looking forward to this workout forever so I'm really bummed :(
Instead
I might have to get some ice cream and a movie and sit on the couch
haha! I hope I'm doing ok by Thursday I plan on doing an outside
Jazzercise class at 7:00am - pray my ankle heals by then. Any movie recommendations?
