So it looks like I'm not going to get in a new workout this week :( I wanted to do a little surf session but I just checked the water temp and it's COLD 56-58 degrees! The hubs and I don't surf in anything colder then 60 degrees... we're pansies. 

I had a week pass for the yoga room so I tried another class and really liked it too... it was a little less crowded in the morning class. 

I also did one of my regular classes at LA Fitness so I will do a quick blurb about it. 
Body Works is a group weight class where you use 5lb and 7.5lb weights that's it. The idea is repetition is definition so you do lots of reps -- like 75-100 bicep curls and 200+ squats. It's easy to modify the workout for all levels. You do a variety of exercises so the class goes by quickly and you get a great after-workout burn 2 days later... or at least I do.
